Recently, DSS senior staff gathered for a Quarterly Leadership Meeting to discuss operational issues and solicit ideas for organizational improvement.
Quarterly Leadership Meetings are held to review operations across the DSS’ entire operating footprint in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida and ensure that managers remain focused on the company’s strategic goals. The entire DSS executive leadership team attended the event, along with the senior managers from all district and regional teams.

This month, members of the DSS Team came to work dressed in pink to support the fight against breast cancer.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Staff members in every DSS office wore an article of pink clothing to participate in the campaign to combat the deadly disease. DSS also donated to support research into breast cancer treatments and, hopefully, an eventual cure.

Teams comprised of DSS executives, managers, and team members competed in a bowling tournament to help build organizational camaraderie and help those in need. The winning team had the honor of donating $7,500 to the charities of their choice.
