Join DSS in the fight against Kidney Disease!

DSS team members will participate in the 2024 Long Island Kidney Walk on Sunday, May 19, at
Belmont Lake State Park in West Babylon.

You can help our team raise funds to support those afflicted with kidney disease by walking with
us or donating via the Kidney Walk website.

DSS will match every dollar raised by Team DSS. All funds support the National Kidney
Foundation.

Our Team is one of the top fundraising teams for this year’s Walk. As usual, Team DSS is led
by Long Island Client Service Manager Gerardo Molina, a kidney transplant recipient.

The Team will assemble at the park’s Oak Pavilion. After the walk, there will be food, drinks,
and games.

Roughly 37 million Americans have some form of chronic kidney disease. Please help Team
DSS raise money to support kidney disease research, treatment, outreach, and education.
