Otherwise known as TQM - DSS leaders work with our clients and our officers to improve performance on a regular basis. Often, during the scope of contracts, there will be new developments at client sites and in institutions’ focus. We work with our clients to develop new training to address new issues. We use group meetings, teleconferencing, computerized and classroom instruction, consultant-based training, and OJT to ensure that DSS quality service always meets expectations.
