The children and grandchildren of DSS employees may apply for financial awards to help fund their education under a new program. The company is offering multiple scholarships of $5,000 to students who demonstrate outstanding character, compassion, and dedication to community service.
Not only did senior members of the DSS leadership team attend this year’s iSC West in Las Vegas, but DSS sponsored an important a social event hosted by ASIS NYC during the conference. The social took place on Wednesday, March 25, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at The Venetian’s famed 1923 Prohibition Bar.
Members of the DSS leadership team headed to Las Vegas in March to participate in one of the security services industry’s most prominent annual events. More than 29,000 security industry experts, vendors, and executives from more than 80 countries around the world gathered at The Venetian Expo between March 23 and 27, to attend the International Security Conference and Exposition, commonly known as ISC West.
When MacDill Air Force Base was shut down for three hours in mid-March, local reporters turned to DSS Vice President-Intelligence, Risk Advisory & Strategic Initiatives Greg Sanfilippo to help explain the situation.
Recently, senior DSS executives joined influential industry leaders at a pivotal National Security Alliance (NSA) meeting. The NSA comprises 13 security companies that operate 88 branch offices and deploy more than 16,000 employees across 35 U.S. states and 9 Canadian provinces. NSA members collaborate to share resources, thereby extending each member's geographic reach. DSS is a member of the NSA.
Greg Sanfilippo, CBCP, CPD/FCP, DSS Vice President of Intelligence, Risk Advisory & Strategic Initiatives, recently joined national television audiences to provide expert analysis on the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping case and the broader security implications surrounding targeted abductions.
Members of the DSS leadership team took part in an important conference held by the National Association of Security Companies (NASCO) in February.
In late January, Doyle Security Services (DSS) held its annual Kickoff Meeting on Long Island. DSS managers and executives gathered to review the company’s performance during the prior year and discuss leadership’s strategic vision for 2026 and beyond.
