DSS Conducts Regional Frontline Leaders Meeting

Recently, DSS regional managers and senior executives gathered in one of our operating regions to discuss relevant issues and share best practices.

The Frontline Leaders Meeting involved personnel from our New Jersey and Pennsylvania district teams.

During the meeting, DSS executives and regional district managers explored techniques to strengthen collaboration, improve communication, improve professional development opportunities, and boost operational excellence across the two regions.

Frontline Leaders Meetings are held periodically to review operations across DSS operating regions. These meetings ensure that managers remain focused on the company’s strategic goals.

DSS believes that ongoing communication between corporate leadership and regional teams helps ensure our entire organization remains focused on the company’s strategic goals, even as the company experiences industry-leading growth.

Since 2021, DSS has grown from a deployment of just 500 security officers to more than 1,700 today.  This growth is the result of DSS leadership’s dedication to facilitating communication across all levels of our organization, supporting our personnel, and forging long-lasting partnerships with our clients.

Frontline Leadership Meetings also allow DSS executives to gather feedback from our district and regional managers. This provides critical input that the leadership team can use to evaluate business development plans and find new ways to improve service to our clients.

DSS thanks all team members who participated in this meeting. Your feedback and collaboration are essential to maintaining our organization’s smooth operations and growth.
