Leadership Team Transition

DSS is pleased to announce that John Kalle, formerly Vice President of Operations for New
York and Florida, has been appointed Vice President of Sales &; Quality Assurance, taking
control of the DSS Business Development Team.

In this new role, John will oversee DSS’ strategic expansion, customer recruitment, and
customer satisfaction and retention. Stepping into John’s former position is Joe Martino, Vice
President of Operations.

This transition, which has been underway for months, is the result of DSS’ industry-leading
growth. As our company expands organically – through the addition of new customers, not
through mergers or acquisitions – we want provide direct executive oversight to dedicated solely
to building new customer partnerships, maintaining existing customer relationships, and
expanding our company’s geographic footprint.

John is a natural fit for the role of Vice President of Sales. He has more than 40 years of
experience managing large client portfolios and leading sales teams for major regional and
national contract security services providers. He is also an active member of the American
Society of Industrial Security (ASIS).

As Vice President of Operations, Joe has two decades of extensive experience overseeing
large-scale security programs for high profile clients, including American Express, CBS, Viacom,
Paramount, Barclays, New York Stock Exchange, Nomura, S&P Global, TelevisaUnivision, and
BNY Mellon. He is an active member and contributor to ASIS International, BOMA, and IFMA.

John and Joe have collaborated extensively during this planned change to ensure a seamless
transition for our existing customers and district management teams. All DSS District Managers,
Human Resource Managers, and Training Managers in New York and New Jersey now report to
Joe. This change will help our company continue its industry-leading growth while ensuring
enhanced customer relationships
