In mid-October, members of the DSS team gathered for an evening of appreciation, camaraderie, and celebration on the waters off the coast of Long Island.

DSS executives joined corporate support staff, regional managers, and other selected team members for dinner, drinks, dessert, and dancing on board The Sapphire Princess, a luxury yacht that regularly sails around the picturesque Great South Bay.

This year marked the third consecutive year that DSS has held the dinner cruise. The event is one of the many ways we express our profound gratitude to the dedicated individuals who consistently go above and beyond for our clients and company. The cruise is an investment in the people who are the backbone of Doyle Security Services.

During the four-hour cruise, DSS recognized and applauded new team members and those recently promoted. We also celebrated the effort and ongoing commitment of the entire DSS team. Attendees enjoyed the Sapphire Princess’s full-service bar and large dining room with panoramic bay windows. These windows offered sweeping views of coastal scenery. Outside seating areas featured bistro tables, a dance floor, and a DJ booth.

It was wonderful to see colleagues from all levels—from new hires to senior leaders—connecting, laughing, and sharing stories in a relaxed atmosphere. DSS is always looking for ways to increase team cohesion and foster open communication and collaboration.
