As the holiday season officially begins this week, DSS paused to focus on what truly matters: our people.

At each district office, DSS team members traded shift briefings for dinner tables and radios for recipe swaps during our company-wide pre-Thanksgiving potluck dinners. Seeing our conference rooms transformed into dining rooms, filled with homemade favorites, laughter, and camaraderie, was truly special.
