Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) proudly announces that Director of Human Resources Colette DePasquale has been promoted to Vice President – Human Resources.

Colette ensures that DSS recruits the highest quality security professionals to deploy at client locations across all our operating regions. She liaises with other members of the executive team and district managers to ensure that personnel at client locations receive all necessary support and resources from the DSS corporate organization.

Before being appointed Director of Human Resources, she served as Strategic Support Manager for DSS overseeing strategic support of ongoing operations from DSS’ headquarters in Rockville Centre, Long Island. In that role, she coordinated human resources development and management with a focus on policy development, strategic project coordination, and compliance oversight.

Colette is a highly experienced executive-level security professional with more than 30 years of security industry and law enforcement experience. She began her career at the United States Department of Customs and Immigration Service, where she spent more than a decade as a Special Agent. After leaving federal service, Colette has held several senior management positions at security services providers in the New York City region, including Director of Security Operations, Deputy Chief Security Officer, and Director of Inspections.

She leverages her public and private experience to bring an unparalleled level of expertise to drive results for our company, while remaining active in industry organizations such as ASIS International, the American Management Association (AMA), and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Long Island University (LIU) and holds both New York State Armed Security and Private Investigator’s licenses
