Colette DePasquale Included in
Prestigious List

Doyle Security Services (DSS) is proud to announce that Vice President—Human Resources Colette DePasquale has been named one of the Top 50 Women in Business for 2025 by Long Island Business News (LIBN).

The LIBN list honors dynamic women leaders who excel in business, demonstrate innovation, and make significant contributions to their communities.

LIBN's editorial staff selected the honorees. Founded in 1953, LIBN is a weekly newspaper covering business, legal, nonprofit, and health care issues in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

As Vice President, Colette has been instrumental in developing the Human Resources infrastructure that supported our company’s industry-leading growth over the past several years. Every day, she oversees recruitment for DSS client sites and implements HR policies that support every team member.

Colette began her career as a Special Agent at the U.S. Department of Customs and Border Protection. She later held senior roles at various New York security service providers before joining DSS.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Long Island University, as well as New York State licenses for Armed Security and Private Investigation.

“Colette’s mentorship and inspiration have shaped our company culture and helped many team members reach their full potential,” says DSS President and COO Mario J. Doyle. “Her inclusion is a testament to her unwavering dedication, visionary leadership, and significant contributions not only to DSS but to the broader Long Island business community. It is also evidence of the high quality of experts that comprise the DSS team.”

An awards ceremony will be held in October at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, New York, to recognize Colette and the other 50 Top Women in Business honorees.

Please join us in celebrating Colette’s remarkable achievement and her contributions to DSS’ continuing success.

Congratulations to Colette and all the other honorees in the 2025 Top 50 Women in Business list!
