DSS Congratulates ASIS NYC 2026 Board Members

The ASIS New York City Chapter (ASIS NYC) recently held its Holiday Luncheon. At the event, the chapter swore in its 2026 board members. This included DSS Senior Vice President—Operations Joe Martino, who will serve as Board Secretary next year.

Other 2026 board members sworn in at the luncheon included Vice President Vincent Amadeo; Treasurer Chris Sabbatino, CPP; Communications Catherine Hartwell, CPP; Chapter Chairman Brian H. Reich; and Denise Niles, who will be the first woman to lead ASIS NYC as Chapter President.

The new board members were sworn in by DSS President and COO Mario J. Doyle, CPP, who is a longtime ASIS NYC member.

Like most DSS executive team members, Joe Martino actively participates in key security industry organizations, including ASIS. With nearly 20 years as an ASIS member, he has established a strong record of leadership both locally and within the broader organization.

Previously, Joe served as Sergeant-at-Arms for the ASIS NYC Board and as Secretary of the ASIS International Security Services Steering Committee.

In 2024, Joe published an article in ASIS NYC / ISC East’s prestigious Security Director magazine. Titled “Regional Security Services Providers Offer Key Benefits to Clients,” the article reviewed the wide range of advantages that regional security services providers can deliver to clients. ASIS NYC is the local chapter of ASIS International, the world’s leading security industry organization, with about 35,000 members in 155 countries and 240 local chapters. ASIS NYC has about 1,500 members and offers monthly luncheons, an annual NYC Security Conference and Expo, golf outings, and publishes the Security Director magazine.

We are proud to see DSS team members in leadership roles within industry organizations and events. Supporting a strong security services industry is a core mission at DSS, benefiting security professionals and the clients we serve. We are also happy to see Denise take the reins at ASIS NYC, demonstrating the industry’s increasing openness to inclusion and diversity.

Congratulations to Joe, Denise, and all the 2026 ASIS NYC board members!
