This cable television and internet service provider serves almost five million customers across 21 states and employs almost 10,000 people nationwide. Doyle Security Services (DSS) secures facilities in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas, and Louisiana. Among the locations protected by DSS security professionals are its corporate offices on Long Island, New York.

DSS was contracted to support this client’s mission across the United States with security and life safety services at their retail, media outlets, and corporate facilities. DSS provides security professionals that control access, conduct patrols, and provide executive protection for field reporters, especially during the most recent presidential election and Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement protests and rallies.
Specifically in New Jersey in particular, DSS has provided protection and life safety services to several properties, including retail, corporate facilities, and their news organization. DSS is able to adjust service coverage, up or down, on short notice to accommodate client needs and to accommodate the variety of special events, in addition to severe weather conditions that sometimes impact their business. DSS personnel and management also have collaborated seamlessly with client facilities and safety departments, thereby making each post and event go smoothly. DSS has also supported COVID-19 safety protocols, enforced security policies, while providing excellent customer service to client employees and their customers.
