Our client presents many challenges from operating at multiple sites over a vast geographical area to remote corporate offices on administrative campuses. DSS security professionals are deployed at a number of sites performing lobby security, mobile patrols, and command center operations. In order to meet continually evolving needs, the DSS District Team communicates with client management on a daily basis, identifying emerging security challenges and shifting resources as needed.

DSS conducts ongoing recruitment efforts to ensure that we have enough qualified security professionals to maintain full post coverage at all times. Assigned security professionals are rigorously screened and have received site-specific training, so that they are prepared to deliver the highest level of services. We have implemented a Rapid Response Program, whereby security professionals are quickly deployed on short notice, especially to several marshalling yards, where client repair vehicles are stored. In doing so, DSS has built a strong client relationship in a short period of time.
