Christian Cardona
In his role, Christian oversees DSS’ daily operations across New York City. He works with the company’s HR department to recruit and vet the best people to cover posts at client locations, prepares schedules and post orders, conducts performance evaluations, implements disciplinary actions, and meets regularly with client representatives to handle requests, resolve problems, and ensure client satisfaction.
Christian initially joined DSS as a security officer. He quickly demonstrated great diligence and performance and was promoted to Field Manager, overseeing DSS personnel deployed to ensure they were performing post-orders as required and meeting all contractual and regulatory requirements. Christian excelled in that role and was eventually tapped to become Operations Manager.
Maintaining solid client relationships is critical to Christian’s job at DSS. He communicates constantly with clients, arranging coverage for special requests, ensuring that client posts are covered in the event of callouts, and reviewing security plans to ensure that all client requirements are being considered and that the plans address changing circumstances around the client location.
Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Pace University.
