In late January, Doyle Security Services (DSS) held its annual Kickoff Meeting on Long Island.

DSS managers and executives gathered to review the company’s performance during the prior year and discuss leadership’s strategic vision for 2026 and beyond.

Annual kickoff meetings are intended to align the entire DSS organization with the company’s objectives and long range plans, ensuring the smooth implementation of chosen strategies across all operations.

This year’s kickoff meeting highlighted changes in the company’s leadership and organizational structure. DSS Founder Mario J. Doyle, CPP, is now President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, Mario will focus on setting the company’s overall strategic direction, driving its expansion, and safeguarding its reputation as the security industry’s Gold Standard for service excellence.

In addition, Joe Martino has advanced from Senior Vice President to Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Joe will oversee the daily management of DSS operations across all regions, ensuring operational efficiency while executing plans and initiatives supporting the company’s strategic vision.

Over the past five years, DSS has tripled the number of security professionals deployed at client locations, from around 500 in 2021 to over 1,500 last year. DSS is implementing a variety of organizational improvements to ensure complete support for team members as we expand. The kickoff meeting explored enhanced employee benefits, educational programs, scholarships, and professional development opportunities for DSS team members.

DSS President & CEO Mario J. Doyle, CPP, led the kickoff meeting, stressing that DSS remains fully committed to its founding principles: delivering the highest levels of service to our clients, investing in the professional development of DSS team members, and giving back to the communities we serve. Leadership also reviewed personnel changes designed to support DSS clients and staff as the company expands nationwide.

The meeting featured guest speaker Adam Connors, founder of NetWorkWise, a professional development platform and training company. During his talk, Adam focused on the "art and science" of authentic networking and relationship-building. He noted that successful networking starts with giving back – a fundamental principle of DSS – and stressed the importance of maintaining human relationships as part of building long-term, trust-based connections.

DSS has earned the trust of many of the most prestigious organizations in the country, including global banks, leading universities, world-class museums, cutting-edge technology providers, innovative manufacturers, and media giants.

The kickoff meeting outlined how DSS plans to maintain that trust and achieve its annual goals, building on our past success and positioning the company for even greater accomplishments in the years to come.
