Vincent Kennedy serves as Director of Client Services at Doyle Security Services, Inc. A retired NYPD Sergeant, Vincent, brings more than four decades of combined public safety and private security experience to DSS’ leadership team. His career reflects extensive service in frontline policing, centralized command operations, supervisory leadership, and senior client-facing security management.
During his law enforcement tenure, Vincent was assigned to One Police Plaza, the headquarters of the New York City Police Department (NYPD). In this capacity, he supported citywide public safety initiatives that required coordination across multiple NYPD commands, municipal agencies, and external partners. His experience working from NYPD headquarters provided him with a broad operational perspective and reinforced DSS’ ability to operate effectively within public-private security frameworks.
Following his retirement from the NYPD, Vincent transitioned into senior private-sector security leadership. He previously oversaw personal protection operations for a Fortune 500 CEO and family, managing sensitive, high-risk environments that required discretion, precision, and executive-level trust.
More recently, while serving as a Client Service Manager at a local security services provider, Vincent played a key role in supporting nonprofit institutions by ensuring regulatory alignment and funding compliance, including confirming that synagogue security contracts properly reflected multiple facility addresses required for external funding eligibility.
At DSS, Vincent applies his law enforcement discipline, operational insight, and relationship-driven approach to ensure client programs are executed with accountability, professionalism, and strategic alignment.
