Brian was recently promoted to Area Vice President of Client Services, supporting New York City operations and reporting directly to Yftah Kaluski.
Since joining DSS, Brian has added significant value through his industry expertise, strong client relationships, and law enforcement background, further strengthening DSS’ operational presence and credibility in the NYC market. In his new role, Brian will focus on leading the New York City team through anticipated growth, with an emphasis on service quality and driving the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for core clients.
A retired NYPD professional with more than 25 years of experience, Brian brings deep expertise across public safety operations, private security leadership, and large-scale program management. His background includes oversight of comprehensive security programs encompassing physical security operations, crisis and emergency management, executive protection, fire and life safety, investigations, event security, and security technology integration.
Brian has extensive experience managing complex portfolios in dense urban environments, requiring constant coordination with property management teams, municipal agencies, and emergency responders.
In his current role at DSS, Brian leads security strategy and operational execution across a diverse Midtown and Lower Manhattan client portfolio. He is responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery, risk mitigation, and operational readiness while maintaining close collaboration with client leadership and stakeholders.
Brian’s leadership style emphasizes accountability, communication, and proactive problem- solving. His ability to manage high-profile accounts and coordinate multifaceted security operations makes him a critical asset to DSS’ mission of delivering best-in-class security solutions.
