Efrain Santiago serves as Business Development Administrator for Doyle Security Services, Inc., providing strategic support to the Area Vice Presidents of Business Development across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. In this role, he plays a central part in advancing the company’s growth initiatives by developing structured, competitive, and purpose- built business development materials.
Efrain is responsible for drafting and coordinating proposals, responding to complex RFPs, preparing executive-level presentations, and developing strategic pursuit documents that align with DSS’ operational capabilities and market positioning. Consistent with DSS’ service model, there are no standardized or recycled submissions. Each proposal is purpose-built around the prospective client’s operational environment, risk profile, regulatory requirements, and performance expectations.
Working closely with business development leadership and operational teams, Efrain translates detailed client requirements into clear, organized, and executable responses that reflect disciplined planning and operational alignment. His work ensures consistency in messaging, adherence to compliance standards, and alignment with executive strategy across all markets. In addition to proposal development, Efrain contributes to external communications initiatives by drafting social media and marketing content that reinforces DSS’ positioning as a quality-driven, client-focused security partner.
