This leading integrated specialty pharmaceutical company has a large U.S. generic and growing branded business, focused on reputation, quality, service and value. With its headquarters located in New Jersey, this client has more than 5,000 people and operates research centers in the United States.

Doyle Security Services (DSS) was engaged to provide security and protection for this client’s U.S. facilities, which include assigning professional security personnel at their headquarters, in addition to critical manufacturing, packaging, laboratory and distribution operations. DSS secures their facilities in New York, New Jersey, and Kentucky, including its Long Island locations. In addition to regular security officer presence and access control, DSS security professionals perform mobile patrols, bag checks, and command center console operations.

Security operations transitioned to DSS after the previous security provider was unable to maintain full coverage and provide adequate site supervision. To meet the specific needs of this client, DSS expanded its reservoir of available security professionals through enhanced recruitment and screening. Many of the security professionals assigned by DSS have been promoted to supervisory and command center positions.

This client enjoys continuous communication with DSS account managers and has easy access to local district management teams and DSS corporate leadership, resulting in enhanced client satisfaction. DSS personnel are contracted to mitigate risk, enforce procedures and policy, respond to emergencies, perform vehicle and foot patrols, and access control. DSS provides supervisors, command center operators and branch personnel to manage staff and ensure
contract compliance. As and when required, client also uses DSS to support special events such as board meetings and construction details.
